| 摘 要： | 目的建立顺铂诱导的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。方法将贵州小型猪随机分为对照组和模型组。以4 mg/kg顺铂一次性腹腔注射,膀胱插管收集尿液,动态观察顺铂处理前后第0、1、3、6、24、48、96 h时段小型猪的尿量,检测尿中肌酐及尿素氮浓度,计算各时段肌酐和尿素氮的排出量。结果与对照组比较,模型组尿量和尿中肌酐、尿素氮的排出量显著减少。结论经顺铂4 mg/kg处理能复制出典型的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。
