摘    要:提出一种测试光纤拉力的硬件设计方法。在轮式侧边抛磨机上添加光纤拉力测试系统,实时监测和记录抛磨过程中光纤拉力的变化。对硬件系统获取的信息采用串口通信,由计算机直接采集并反馈到侧边抛磨机,对提高光纤抛磨的精度有重要的影响。光纤拉力可以通过测量轴向拉力来反映,因此轴向拉力数据的采集和处理是光纤拉力测试的核心部分。
