摘    要:为解决具有综合复杂特性的磨矿生产过程运行控制实验研究的难题,开发了由运行监视子系统、运行控制子系统、虚拟执行机构与检测装置和虚拟对象子系统组成的运行控制半实物仿真系统.本系统采用软PLC技术构建的嵌入式控制器实现实时运行控制,采用基于C sharp语言开发的过程监测软件进行在线监测,并集成执行机构与检测运算模型和虚拟过程对象,具有实时性高、移植性好、面向工业实际等特点.基于运行控制实验系统的结果表明,该系统能够为运行控制方法的研究提供一个高效、便捷的验证环境,为运行控制算法的进一步工业应用奠定基础.

Abstract:To better overcome the operational control experimental problems of mineral grinding processes, a semi-physical simulation experiment system consisting of an operational monitoring subsystem, an operational control subsystem, a virtual sensors and actuators subsystem, and a virtual object subsystem was developed for operational control. In this system, an embedded controller based on soft PLC technology was adopted in operational monitoring subsystem for process control and optimization, and a monitoring software based on C sharp language was also programmed for process monitoring. Integrated with the virtual model of sensors and actuators, the virtual object subsystem and combined with the above subsystems, the developed system is characterized with high real-time capabilities, good portability and accord with the actual industrial processes. The experiment results show that the system can achieve satisfactory control performances for the mineral grinding process and can provide an appropriate, reliable and effective verification environment for operational control methods.
