三种杀菌剂对灰葡萄孢菌的毒力测定

摘    要:采用培养皿滤纸抑菌圈法,测定三种杀菌剂(利得,克露,速克灵)不同浓度对灰葡萄孢菌的抑菌能力。结果表明:三种杀菌浓度在5120mg/L时,对灰葡萄孢菌的抑制率利得为71.33%,速克灵为59.67%,克露为34.67%,20mg/L时三种药物的抑菌平均为零。抑菌效果以利得最高,是速克灵的1.12倍,克露的2.85倍。

Abstract:Experimenting the inhibition degree of bacteriostasis to batrytis cinerea which is dete-mined with three types of bactericide (lide, curzate and Sumilex)of different consistency by adopting and cultivating filter paper detection of inhibition zone/The result shows that poison strength to Batrytis Cine-rea with three types of Bactericide: when the consistency of the three types of bactercide is 5120mg/L, the inhibition degree of lide is 71.33 percent, Sumilex is 59.67 percent and curzate is 34.67 percent; When the consistency is 20mg/L,the inhibition degree of three types of bactercide is zero. Lide s result is the best; It is 1.12 times higher than sumilex and 2.85 times higher than curzate.
