基于ANSYS的药柱包覆层粘接质量敲击响应特性

摘    要:包覆层界面脱粘极易使药柱局部应力集中,影响药柱正常燃烧,使其运行存在严重安全隐患。针对药柱结构在加工或服役过程中粘接界面产生分层、脱胶等缺陷所带来的结构性能差、耐久性能低等安全问题,基于数字敲击检测理论对粘结结构内预置的不同种类缺陷进行研究,得知脱粘弹性系数k2直接影响脱粘缺陷程度,而其与敲击碰撞产生的应力持续时间呈负相关性,因此利用ANSYS软件中显示动力学模块对敲击检测模型进行仿真分析,由数据结果提取出的应力持续时间界定影响包覆层粘接质量的不同因素对其产生的影响关系与程度。实验表明敲击检测能力会因结构中局部缺陷大小、缺陷深度、缺陷位置、敲击角度的不同产生相关性影响。

Abstract:The debonding of the coating layer easily causes the local stress concentration of the charge column, which affects the normal combustion of the charge column, and causes serious safety hazards in its operation. In view of the structural poor performance and low durability caused by delamination and degumming of adhesive interface in the process of processing or service of the drug column structure, this paper studies the different kinds of defects preset in the adhesive structure based on the digital knock detection theory, and finds that the debonding elastic coefficient K2 directly affects the degree of debonding defects, The results show that the dynamic module in ANSYS is used to simulate the knock detection model. The stress duration extracted from the data results defines the influence of different factors on the bonding quality of the coating. The experiment shows that the detection ability of knock will have correlation effect on the size, depth, position and angle of local defects in the structure.
