| 摘 要： | 利用密度矩阵方法，我们研究了单势垒量子阱中自旋抽运电流，发现当量子阱中的电子发生自旋电子共振时．自旋抽运电流出现极大值。

| Abstract: | By using density matrix,we studied the spin-pump current in single quantum well and found that spin-pump current comes to its peak when the electrical spin resonance of electrons happens in single potential barrier and quantum well. |
