中国现代城市色彩规划

随着中国社会经济的快速发展，城市建设规模的日益扩大，我们现在遇到了发达国家经济发展初级阶段都发生过的“通病”，即忽略环境色彩应用的管理和立法。统一规划和科学管理城市色彩，是关系到国家形象，以及提高人们生活质量和社会文明的大事。改善和规范环境色彩的应用，消除环境色彩垃圾，尽快建立公共环境色彩管理法律法规，是我们当前亟待解决的问题。
