气瓶制造公差三维数字图像分析方法

摘    要:基于光学三坐标测量系统开发了一套适合气瓶制造公差测量和评价方法。该方法基于光学三维扫描仪、6轴测量臂、计算机辅助测量软件,实现了气瓶制造公差的精确测量。现定于设备条件,目前该方法适用于直径小于1.8m,长度小于5.4m的特种设备产品测量,测量精度小于0.08mm。

Abstract:Based on the three coordinate measuring system developed a set of suilable for gas cylinder manufacturing lolerance measurement and evaluation method. This method is based on the optical 3 d scanner, 6 axis measuring arm, computer aided measurement software, realizes the accurate measurement of gas cylinders manufacturing tolerance. The method is applicable to diameter less than 1.8 meters, length less than 5.4 meters of cylinder, measurement accuracy is less than 0.08 mm.
