| 摘 要： | 大学城是一种新的高等教育办学模式 ,与现有大学存在许多不同之处。在领导体制、管理机构、各校区内部管理、管理规范等方面 ,大学城要根据自身的特殊性构建自己的内部管理体制 ,并注意大学城管理体制建立过程的一些问题。
