| 摘 要： | 本文报导Ｎｂ／Ａｌ／Ｎｂ多层薄膜的阳极氧化实验和其电压谱图技术。并着重分析谱图上Ａｌ／Ｎｂ介面凹谷随Ａｌ膜厚度变化的现象及其产生的原因。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we have reported the anodisation experimental study and voltage spectroscopy profile technology of Nb/Al/Nb multilayer structure thin films. We analyse focused on the phenomena and causes of valley change with changing Al layer thickness in A1/Nb interfaces on profiles. |
