| 摘 要： | 讨论了在CAD／CAM系统中几种异型螺杆造型和加工的方法．首先提出利用UG里表达式功能和包裹功能，生成变螺距的螺杆螺旋线的展开线，并用它包裹圆柱生成螺旋线的方法．然后讨论了自动生成加工程序和代码的方法．最后利用生成的加工代码在数控车床上加工出变螺距螺杆的样品。
