摘    要:浓相气力输送中,固体颗粒的速度是一个重要参数,关系到系统的能耗、物料与管道磨损等重要问题,它与物料的物理性质、输送装置的特点、输送气体的物理性质以及输送气体的速度等参数有关。采用粉煤灰作为输送物料,在管内径为80mm,长度为202.87m的浓相气力输送实验台上,借助多台智能差压/压力变送器等仪器设备对固体颗粒速度进行了实验研究,并对实验数据进行了理论分析,得到了沿程颗粒速度的修正公式。最后,结合工程实际提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:In the process of dense-phase pneumatic conveying,velocity of solid particles is an important parameter,which connected with energy consumption, abrasion of material and pipeline.The velocity of solid particles relates to physical property of material,character of conveyer device,physical property of conveying gas and gas velocity etc.In this paper,fly ash was adopted as conveying material,and experiment was carried out on a circulating experimental bench with many GP/DP transmitters,with the transporting distance of 202.87?m and the diameter of pipeline of 80?mm.Theoretical analysis of experimental data was carried out,and a corrected equation of solid velocity was obtained.Finally,a countermeasure for improving solid velocity was brought forward according to its application in engineering.
