摘    要:为在满足各用户数据高速传输前提下保证其服务的公平性,必须采用合适的调度策略.传统调度策略片面追求系统中各小区吞吐率的提升,不能根据用户业务差异灵活地调度资源.提出一种基于资源预留的用户调度策略,预留资源服务业务需求高或信道条件差的用户,同时讨论了不同情况下预留资源多少对系统性能的影响.仿真结果表明,与传统的协作调度策略相比,该策略能够以可接受的系统吞吐率降低为代价,大幅度提高系统的用户容量.

Abstract:Appropriate scheduling policy must be applied in order to guarantee service fairness between different users in the premise of meeting the high-speed transmission of their data. Traditional scheduling methods for users focus on the edge transmission rate and the average transmission rate of cells unilaterally and fail to make full use of resources flexibly according to the differences of the users' service. This paper proposes a user scheduling policy based on resource reservation, which reserves resources for users who need high-demand service or have bad condition channels and discusses the influence of different number of reserved resources on the system performance under different circumstances. The simulation results show that the new strategy can greatly improve user capacity of the system at the cost of being an acceptable system throughput reduction compared with the traditional scheduling methods.
