无限周期声子晶体全反射隧穿效应的机理研究

摘    要:建立了一维无限周期声子晶体的谐振腔模型,利用谐振腔的共振条件推导出全反射隧穿导带频率满足的解析公式,从理论上解释了一维无限周期声子晶体全反射隧穿效应产生的物理机理.利用频率的解析公式对全反射隧穿导带的频率随导带级数、腔厚度以及入射角的变化规律进行了研究,圆满地解释了一维无限周期声子晶体的全反射隧穿效应的变化规律.并且将共振理论的结果与色散法的结果进行比较,其结果完全吻合.

Abstract:Set up a resonant cavity model and the analytical formulas of the total reflection tunnel effect frequency of 1D infinite period phononic crystal is deduced by resonance conditions of the resonant cavity.The physical mechanism of the total reflection tunnel effect of 1D infinite period phononic crystal is explained.Using the analytical formulas the change rule of the total reflection tunnel effect that response curves of frequency versus order number of band and incident angle and thickness of resonant cavity are studied.Resonance theory results and dispersion method results are compared and their results are the same.
