论大学生的创新素质与文化素质

大学生创新素质的培养是实现中华民族伟大复兴和追求受教育者个人充分自由发展的必然要求。创新素质包括创新意识、创新思维、创新精神、创新能力、创新人格五方面基本要素,而在个人身上的特定表现就是个性。大学的文化素质教育在优化学生的知识结构、提供优秀的思维训练、陶冶道德情操、塑造健全人格、培养丰富的个性及营造创新文化生态环境等方面具有不可代替的作用,因此,大学应十分注重文化素质教育的开展。
