| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨体外无创性心脏起搏 (ENCP)治疗严重过缓型心律失常的安全性和有效性。方法 :对 5例严重过缓型心律失常患者进行ENCP治疗 ,其中男 3例 ,女 2例 ,平均年龄 60 .5岁。结果 :4例起搏成功 ,1例因胸部剧烈跳痛而起搏失败。结论 :ENCP可安全有效地用于抢救严重过缓型心律失常 ,特别是在紧急情况下应首选

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ENCP in treating patients with severe slow cardiac arrhythmias. Methods:Five patients (3 males, 2 females, average 60.5 years) were treated by ENCP.Results: Pacing succeeded in four patients and failed in one case because of the sharp pain in the chest.Conclusion: ENCP is safe and efficient for aiding patients with severe slow cardiac arrhythmias, especially in an emergency. |
