| 摘 要： | 为了在短期内获得最大的经济效益,降低政治风险,苏丹6区F油田采用了稠油有限携砂冷采的开采方式,进行了有限携砂冷采的数值模拟研究。模拟采用三维三相耦合油藏地质力学模型模拟地层出砂的渗流情况,采用网络模型来描述蚯蚓洞的生长。在此基础上研究并形成了适合于Fula油田特点的稠油有限携砂冷采工艺技术:采用割缝筛管完井形成天然砾石充填达到防大放小有限出砂的目的;螺杆泵采油诱导地层出砂形成蚯蚓洞网络提高地层渗透率。研究成果在苏丹6区现场应用取得了良好的经济效益,20口油井平均产量从抽油井的25t/d,提高到85 t/d,全年产油35万吨,增产原油24.5万吨。
