光照强度及环境要素对海洋初级生产力的影响

摘    要:在不同光照强度下着重探讨聚生角毛藻和牟氏角毛藻的生长。并采用灵敏度高、准确性较好的~(14)C示踪法,测定藻类生长的光合作用速率作为海洋初级生产力的指标。结果表明,聚生角毛藻最佳生长光照强度为9 000~15 000 lux,牟氏角毛藻为7 000~12 000 lux。同时对环境因子 pH、盐度、温度的效应及其机制进行了研究。

Abstract:The effect of light intensity on the growth of Chaetoceros soc-ialis and Chaetoceros muelleri, was studied. Photosynthetic rates determined with sensitive and accurate 14C-tracer method were used as the index of primary productivity. The results showed that the optimum luminous intensity was within the range of 9000-15000 lux for Chaetoceros sociatis, and 7000-12 000 lux for Chaetoceros muelleri. Effects of environmental factors auch as pH, salinity and temperature on the growth of phytoplankton and their mechanisms were also studied.
