摘    要:近10多年来,有限元方法被越来越多的应用于轮胎设计过程,进行参数化研究,从而减少轮胎发展周期,甚至可以替代一定的轮胎测试.文中轮胎的材料非线性、几何非线性及接触非线性的有限元分析,着重研究了胎圈与轮辋接触面的应力分布.此外,要优化钢丝圈面积以提高耐久性,改进整个轮胎的设计以达到预期的疲劳寿命,必须准确掌握轮胎与轮辋之间的接触压力状态.

Abstract:Over the past ten years the Finite Element Analysis(FEA) has been increasingly integrated into the tire design process. To decrease the tire development cycle, the FEA is now used as a replacement for certain tire tests. This work simulated a radial tire considering the material nonlinearities, geometry nolinearities and contact nonlinearities. Precise knowledge of the contact pressure and shear stress between the tire and the wheel rim is necessary to optimization of the design of the tire bead area for improved durability and the design of the wheel for the desired fatigue life.
