摘    要:火电厂粉煤灰空心微珠具有颗粒细、中空、质轻、高强、耐磨、耐高温、保温绝热、绝缘阻燃等多种性能,常作为复合材料的填料而得到广泛应用.采用硝酸银代替氯化钯为活化剂,在空心微珠表面化学镀Ni-P合金镀层,用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDX)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其进行分析表征.结果表明,以硝酸银代替氯化钯为活化剂,在空心微珠表面能得到Ni-P合金镀层.并分析了以硝酸银代替氯化钯为活化剂制备Ni-P镀层的形成机理.

Abstract:Cenospheres are often been used as multi-functional fillers because of good performance. The electroless Ni-P-coating process is modified by replacement of the conventional PdCl_2 activator with AgNO_3 activator. The cenosphere particles are characterized through X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) during and after the coating process. Ni-P-coating is obtained over fly ash cenospheres using the electroless coating technique with AgNO_3 activator. The possible mechanism of electroless Ni-P-coating of cenosphere particles with AgNO_3 activator is suggested.
