摘    要:使用扫描电子显微镜,对不同大气环境中的ClycineL.属部分植物进行了结构植物学研究。结果表明:在长达22d未降雨的干燥大气环境中,大豆叶的上下表皮中的气孔保卫细胞不同程度地出现萎蔫现象,气孔紧闭,叶表皮的外切向壁角质层明显增厚,栅栏组织与海绵组织排列紧密。

Abstract:The scanning electron microscope was used on Glycine L., which grows in the different environment of the atmosphere. The result showed: in the dry environment that 22 days without rain the leaves of Glycine's guard cells of epidermis and stoma have become wilting. The stoma was closed. In the wet environment of two times raining in a week the leaves of Glycine's stoma was opening. The guard cells expanded. The cuticle Of the epidermis was getting thin. Palisade tissue and spongy tissue became sparse. The result of the experiment has proved the different enviroment of atomosphere immediate affect the building of the structure of Glycine L.
