燃料电池堆流体分布不均匀度的估算方法

摘    要:在燃料电池堆的运行过程中,燃料或氧化剂等流体在各个单电池板上分布的不均匀性是影响其性能的重要因素.针对流体分布均匀性的问题,以流体在管道中流动的压降计算式作为基本计算公式,经简化整理得出了计算电池堆中流体分布不均匀度的估算式.利用此式可以分析流体分配管道和板流道的尺寸以及单电池个数对电池堆性能的影响.此公式可用于燃料电池堆的设计计算.

Abstract:In the process of fuel cell stacks operation, the nonuniform degree of fuel or oxidant flow distribution in fuel cell stacks is an important factor that influences the performance of the fuel cell stacks in the design of the stacks. To study fluid homogeneity, an estimation formula for nonuniform degree of fluid distribution in fuel cell stacks has been given in analytical form, which is based on pressure drop equations of channel flow, to estimate the effects of the dimensions of fluid manifold channels and plate channels and cells number of a stack on the performance of cell stack, Thereby a useful tool is obtained for stacks design.
