计算机辅助平衡技术中的测量精度分析

摘    要:使用计算机直接采集动态信号产生的随机误差作了全面的分析,从理论上推导出控制相位随机误差的公式,并采用曲线拟合法解决由A/D转换器的舍入而引起的误差。从而使计算机直接采样算出的振动参数有很高的精度。通过精度试验,试验数据与理论分析相符。

Abstract:The paper gives an analysis on the random errors caused by vibration signals sampled directly and input to the computer. Formulas for the control of random phase errors are developed and curve fitting is adopted in solving for the errors caused by rounding-off in the ADC (analog-digital converter). This ensures that the vibration parameters as sampled directly and input to the computer sustain a high measured precision. Precision test has been taken and the test data correspond well with those from theoretical analysis.
