| Abstract: | Some results of observation of the lumbar intervertebral discs by means of an atomic force microscope (AFM) are presented. All images provide a fundamental basis, which can be cooperated with the results by other tools for morphology and structure classification of collagen for the further study at the biomolecular level. |
