高压往复泵缸体系统接触问题数值模拟

摘    要:针对往复泵外载荷作用复杂、缸体与阀套接触面上容易出现裂纹而失效的问题,依据往复泵工作原理、流体力学基本理论和接触问题数值方法,建立了高压往复泵缸体-阀座-阀套系统的接触模型.在考虑压力脉动、流量脉动、交变载荷和进、出口阀门开启关闭的撞击等多种因素的综合作用下,建立了高压往复泵缸体-阀座-阀套系统的有限元模型,对整个系统的接触状态进行了分析,得到缸体系统的应力分布、接触状态和接触面的接触应力分布情况及薄弱部位的位置.
