摘    要:介绍了一种简单、鲁棒、快速的实时视频人脸对象跟踪算法.在使用贝叶斯肤色分类器分割出椭圆候选人脸区域的基础上,采用人眼谷极点生成人脸假设和特征脸人脸验证方法得到参数化的人脸椭圆区,并使用2个正交的边缘梯度跟踪模型和椭圆内部肤色像素统计直方图跟踪模型跟踪人脸.本算法较好地解决了跟踪的连续性、实时性、精确度和鲁棒性间的矛盾.实验证明:本算法能够实时跟踪多个人脸.

Abstract:A simplified,robust and fast algorithm for tracking human faces in real-time video sequence is presented.This algorithm first chooses parameterized elliptical face regions using the eigen-face verifying technology over supposed faces generated by eye maximum valley peaks from suspect face regions which are segmented out by Bayesian skin color classifier,and then uses intensity gradient on elliptical modeled face object boundary and color histograms inside the object,which are orthogonal,to track human face by updating the ellipse's parameters.This method can well solve the contradictions between continuity,real time,precision and robustness in tracking.Experimental results demonstrate that this algorithm can track multiple faces real-timely.
