| 摘 要： | 以MG500/1220—WD型采煤机电控改造为例，对可编程控制器（PLC）及工控机（IPC）在煤矿采掘设备控制系统上的应用进行了对比分析，围绕现场使用过程中出现的实际问题给出了改造方案，并对IPC及PLC在采掘设备上的应用前景进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Taking the transformation of electrical control system of MG500/1220-WD coal cutter as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the application of the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the industrial PC (IPC) in coal mining equipment control system, puts forward the transformation scheme around the practical problems occurring in the utilization of the controllers, and expounds the application prospect of the IPC and PLC in mining equipment. |
