从提取淀粉后的蕉藕残渣中提取果胶的最佳工艺

摘    要:为提高资源的利用率,采用酸解法试验研究了从提取淀粉后的蕉藕残渣中提取果胶的最佳工艺,并对其进行定性分析。通过料液比、料浆pH值、提取时间和提取温度等单因素实验和L9(34)正交试验,得到了提取果胶的最佳工艺为:提取温度80℃,提取时间1.5 h,料浆pH 4.0,料液比1∶20(g/mL),此条件下果胶产率为7.72%。

Abstract:For improving the utilization of resources,the optimal extraction conditions of pectin from Edible Canna residue had been extracted starch.And a qualitative analysis of pectin was carried out.The optimal extraction conditions of acid hydrolysis were gained by single experiments and orthogonal test in which pH was 4.0,extracted temperature was 80 ℃,extracted time was 1.5 h,and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of pectin was about 7.72%.
