摘    要:测量了TGS、ATGSP两种晶体在室温至20K温度范围内的介电常数K_(22)和热电系数p_2。这两种参数都随温度降低而单调下降,不显示相变的迹象。在此范围内的任一温度,ATGSP的热电系数p_2和优值p_2/K_(22)均较TGS的大。优值p_2/K_(22)随温度下降而减小,与自发极化的温度特性不相一致。

Abstract:The dielectric constant K_(22) and pyroelectric coefficient p_2 of TGS and ATGSP have been measured in the temperature range from room temperature to 20K. Both of the two parameters decrease with decreasing temperature monotonically, showing no evidence of phase transition. At any temperature in this range, the pyroelectric coefficient p_2 and the figure of merit p_2/K_(22) of ATGSP are higher than those of TGS. The p_2/K_(22) decreases with decreasing temperature which is inconsistent with the temperature dependence of spontaneous polarization.
