纤维状形貌TS-1分子筛的形成

摘    要:采用常规水热方法制备自堆积纤维状TS-1分子筛。考察配料温度、老化时间、反应时间对TS-1分子筛形貌的影响,并用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征TS-1晶体纤维状结构的形成。结果表明:TS-1分子筛的形貌主要受配料温度的影响。配料温度越高,越容易快速形成大量尺寸均一的晶核,不仅使晶体快速生长,而且促进了自堆积形貌的形成。进入MFI骨架中的Ti诱导产生的晶体颗粒间羟基的脱水缩合反应发生在TS-1晶体生长初期。

Abstract:Self-stacked TS-1 crystals with fibrous morphology were prepared by conventional hydrothermal method.The influences of various synthesis parameters,such as sol preparation temperature,aging time, and crystallization time on the morphology of TS-1 crystals were investigated to explore formation of TS-1 crystals with a fibrous structure.The synthesized samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results indicated that the morphology of TS-1 crystals mainly depended on the sol preparation temperature.The higher sol preparation temperature,the faster production of a larger number of uniform nuclei,which promoted not only the fast crystal growth,but also the formation of self-stacked morphology.The condensation reaction of external hydroxyl groups of TS-1 crystals induced by Ti incorporated into the MFI framework occurred at the initial stage of TS-1 crystal growth.
