低压合成甲醇催化剂的TPR研究

摘    要:对CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3-V_2O_5低压合成甲醇催化剂进行了TPR(程序升温还原)研究。结果表明还原过程经历了慢速到快速再到慢速的三个阶段,此过程属于成核机理并有诱导期。还原时采用低H_2浓度、高空速、低升温速度对取得高活性、高选择性有利。对TPR谱图作数学解析,得到了催化剂的还原反应动力学方程。研究中发现催化剂还原前予经煅烧会降低其选择性。催化剂中各组分间存在有强相互作用。本文还初步探讨丁V_2O_5对催化剂结构及还原性能的影响。

Abstract:The studies on the TPR (temperature-programmed-reduction) of CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3-V_2O_5 low pressure methanol synthesis catalyst show that the reduction process consists of three (slow-fast-slow) stages. The process has an induction period and fulfils the nucleation mechanism. Low hydrogen concentration, high space velocity, and low heating rate can result in high activity and high selectivity, while the precaleiation of the unreduced catalyst will decrease the selectivity. A reduction equation can be obtained through the mathematical analysis of the TPR curve. A strong interaction is found to exist among components in the catalyst. This paper studies also the effect of V_2O_3, on the structure and the reducing property.
