模糊控制在煤粉炉燃烧控制中的应用研究

摘    要:针对中小型煤粉炉自动控制水平很低,运行效率远低于设计值的现状,以及锅炉的燃烧过程存在惯性、滞后、非线性、时变、工作环境和干扰的不确定性,难以建立精确的数学模型等特点,基于模糊控制及其他智能控制理论,并通过与常规控制有机结合,研制了一套先进的锅炉燃烧控制系统。在锅炉主汽压力控制系统中应用模糊控制,并把该控制模块通过与 130 t/h 锅炉运行仿真平台多机组网联调进行仿真调试,对模糊控制器在线优化。仿真结果表明,所建立的带前馈的模糊串级控制器在不同扰动信号作用下,可迅速调节给煤量,维持主汽压力的稳定。所建系统与青岛碱厂自备电站 130 t/h 煤粉炉原有调节系统结合在一起,构成完整的计算机监控系统,实现锅炉安全、稳定、高效燃烧。在实际应用中,由工业控制计算机和可编程控制器构成的分级集散控制结构对锅炉运行进行监控

Abstract:Due to the low efficiency and low level automation of medium and small sized pulverized coal fired boilers, an advanced computer control system for boiler burning control is presented, which is based on fuzzy control and others intelligent control theroies while conventional control methods are integrated because of the delayed, intensive inertial, serious nonlinear and unstable characteristic of boiler burning system and uncertainty of disturbance and environment. The paper detailedly introduces the application of fuzzy control in the control system of boiler steam pressure. The control module is connected to 130 t/h boiler simulation software system and is simulated by multi PC debugging with net. The fuzzy controller is optimized with on line method via the remote control unit supplied by fuzzyTECH during the simulating. The simulation results show that the fuzzy series wound controller with foregoing feedback is able to change the flux of coal quickly and keep the stable pressure of steam. The control system is composed with an industrial computer and several programmable logic controllers in the application in factory.
