多孔铝的声学性能

摘    要:采用负压渗流法制备了多孔铝,利用驻波管法测量了它在空气中声吸收系数,并考查了多孔铝的孔结构对吸声性能的影响,分析了吸声机理,研究了现多孔铝捐声系数随孔径的减小和试样厚度的增加而增大,当孔隙率达到某一临界值时,可获得最佳吸声效果。

Acoustic Property of Porous Aluminum

Abstract:Porous Aluminum was produced by negative pressure infiltration process. The sound absorption coefficient in air were determined by Standing Wave Tube method. The influence of pore structure of porous aluminum is also studied. It shows that the sound absorption coefficient increases with the decrease of pore diameter and the increase of sample's thickness. It is found that the best sound absorption can be obtained at a critical porosity.
