论网络环境下文献资源共享

随着计算机和通讯技术的发展,文献信息资源出现无序化增长趋势,资源的共享问题开始引起文献资源管理人员的重视。通过分析现有文献资源共享体系中存在的问题,从人才培养、共建共享数据库、完善法制建设等方面提出了解决当前问题的措施。

Discussion on Literature Resources Sharing under the Network Environment

Along with the development of the computer and communication technology,the literature information resources present a disordered growing trend,and the personnel engaging in the management of the literature resources begins to pay the attention in the problem of the resources sharing.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current literature resources sharing system,and puts forward some measures for solving the current problems from aspects of cultivating the talents,co-constructing and sharing the database,and perfecting the legal system,etc.
