| 摘 要： | 首次采用扫描电镜对临汾地区旋花（Calystegia sepium（L．）R．Br．）、打碗花（Calystegia hederacea Wall．）和田旋花（Convolvulus arvensis．L．）三种植物叶表面结构进行比较研究，探讨三种植物间的差异，并结合染色体和花粉形态研究，验证三者之间的亲缘关系．结果表明，打碗花属的两种植物旋花与打碗花亲缘关系更近些，说明把旋花和打碗花划分到一个属，并各自成为独立的种，把田旋花另归于旋花属的科学性，从而为旋花科的分类鉴定提供比较形态学佐证，为研究探讨旋花科植物的系统演化提供参考．

| Abstract: | The morphological structure of leaf epidem from three spcie of the Convolvulus :Calystegia. sepium(L.) R.Br.,Calystegia hederacea Wall and Convolvus arvensis.L which grow in LinFen district . The result shows that Calystegia sepium (L.)R.Br. and Calystegia hederacea Wall are very close. But the former two plants are far away from Convolvulus arvensis.L. .It shows that Calystegia is a natural taxon; And Calystegia .sepium(L.)R.Br.and Calystegia hederacea Wall are belong to this taxon. But Convolvulus arvensis.L belong to the Convolvulus. Thereby, that will offer references how to inquire into the classification of the Convolvulaceae species. |
