摘    要:从生产单元入手,分析了各生产单元之间和工序之间的物流约束关系,导出了企业物流递推公式·根据基准工序能耗的概念,建立了能耗方程,导出了物流对能耗影响的计算公式·利用该公式可以计算出任何一股或多股物流变化对各生产单元及企业的能耗影响·计算分析表明:废品物流和返回物流增加,能耗增加;炼铁返回率对烧结主流量和炼铁能耗量以及总能耗量的影响最大·

Abstract:The material flow restriction relation among production units and procedures was analyzed. The energy consumption equation was set up,and the formula of corporation material flow and the formula of influence of material flow on energy were deduced by the concept of the standard unit energy intensity. These formulas can be used to calculate the influences of the change of one kind or more kinds material flow on energy. The energy consumption increases with the increasing of waste material flows and coming back flows. The blast furnace coming back material flows has the biggest influence on sinter main material flows,blast furnace energy consumption and total energy consumption.
