环孢菌素A产生菌诱变育种及发酵条件研究

摘    要:采用UV、NTG复合诱变的方法对产环孢菌素A的茄病镰刀菌(Fusarinm solani)进行诱变处理,在含制霉菌素的平板上筛选到产生环孢菌素A水平较高的突变菌株FS-un26,并对突变菌株的发酵条件进行了优化研究,使环孢菌素产量比出发菌株提高了20.6%.

Abstract:Using UV light and NTG as mutagenic agent to treat Fusarinm solani and selected by mycostatin. We obtained a mutant strain FS-un26 which Cycolosporin. A production was increased by 20.6% compared with the parent strain after ferment conditions were optimized.
