| 摘 要： | 实验选用100只蟾蜍,观察离体胃正常的电活动和压力变化,试图从结构差异和进化历史等方面,用比较的方法,初步探讨蟾蜍离体胃电和胃内压的特征及其相互关系,以求认识胃肠道机能的基本特性,为胃肠道比较生理学提供参考资料.

| Abstract: | This experiment showed that:in gastroelectrical activity of the toads,there was main basic electrical rhythem(BER),short of fast wave;the types of BER were various,the voltage was unstable and the frequency was slower than that of dog, cat and rabbit;the activity of gastric pressure of the toads was similar with man and dog;the relations of activity between slow wave and gastric pressure were 1:1, yet the amplitude of the former did not correlate with the latter. |
