摘    要:客运专线工程中大体积混凝土施工技术要求较高,但因水泥水化热等问题引起的温度应力裂缝严重制约了工程质量。对大体积混凝土裂缝产生原因进行定性分析,结合对依托工程中混凝土中心温度、温度应力的计算值,从设计到施工全面控制水泥水化热的产生,有效地提高了大体积混凝土的施工质量。

Analysis to the qualit control of large volume concrete ,construction for passenger dedicated line

Abstract:The demanding of construction technology for large volume concrete in passenger dedicated line engineering is higher.However,the heat of hydration of cement and other problems caused by temperature stress crack can seriously restrict the quality of the project.This paper makes a qualitative analysis on the cracks in big volume concrete.Combined with concrete core temperature,temperature calculation value of stress on the project,comprehensive control of hydration heat of cement production from design to construction,it effectively improves the construction quality of large volume concrete.
