| 摘 要： | 城镇土地定级是城镇土地管理的基础性工作，本文以福建省福清市区土地定级为例。就地理信息系统技术在城镇土地定级中的应用进行了探讨，着重论述了GIS环境下土地定级基础图件库和基础属性数据库的建立、评价单元的生成、单元分值和单元总分值的计算及成果图的生成等属性数据和空间数据的处理过程。

| Abstract: | The town-land classification is the fundamental work of the town- land management. This paper studies on the application of GIS on town-land classification, taking the Fuqing city, Fujian province as an example. It emphasizes on how to deal with the main spatial datum and attribute database such as the creation of the fimdamental graphic library and the attribute database, the creation of the evaluation unit, the calculation of amount and total amount of the evaluation unit. |
