| Abstract: | The digital library has such characteristics as the digitalization of collections, computerization of operations, and liberalization in storage. It is networked to transmit; the resources are shared and the structure is connected. Once the digital library is set up, how will the librarians' quality meet its needs. The author holds that the setting-up of training mechanism is the task of top priority. |
