摘    要:本文研究了化学成分、冶金因素和合金元素对珠光体QT800-2的组织、性能的影响;优选出这种球铁最佳化学成分和相应的冶金工艺。热处理可以作为性能指标不合格时的补救措施。试验结果表明,在一般铸造条件下获得铸态珠光体QT800-2的要点是严格控制碳当量,优选好铜和钼等合金元素的配比及冶金工艺。

Abstract:The paper is on the influence of the chemical composition, metallwgical factors and alloy elements on the structure and properties of pearlitic ductil(?) iron QT800-2, and about selecting out the best chemical composition and its correspondingly metallurgical process of the ductile iron.Heat treatment can be used as the make-up measures when the properties are not up to standard. The results of experiment show that the key to getting as-cast pearlitic ductile iron QT800-2 at the usual condition is to control the carbon equivalent and to well select the ratio of copper to molybdenum alloy and its process.
