开展人力资源开发研究促进中青年教师队伍建设

在应用型大学的教师队伍建设中，将中青年教师的职业生涯发展需要和学校事业发展需要结合起来，既是学校在新时期建设和发展给人事工作提出的新任务和新要求，也是人事工作从传统的对人和事的管理向人力资源开发（研究）和服务转变的必然要求。努力开展中青年教师培育、扶持的研究和服务工作，助推学校制定中青年教师队伍建设目标和各项计划，组织开展校级、市级教师队伍建设的科研项目，提升人事干部工作的科学化研究和服务水平，为应用型大学建设培养出一大批优秀的中青年骨干教师。

To Carry out Human Resources Development Research to Promote the Construction of Young Teachers

In teaching staff construction in application-oriented universities,the combination of career development of young and middle-aged teachers with the university development is not only a new task and requirement for human resources at the construction and development stage but also a must for human resources to turn from the traditional management of staff and work to human resource development research as well as giving a good service.Great efforts should be made in providing training programs for young and middle-aged teachers,in facilitating their research and in providing them with good services.Great efforts should also be made in promoting the realization and implementation of the goals and plans of young and middle-aged teaching staff construction,in carrying out university-level and city-level research projects of teaching staff construction and in improving scientific research and service quality of human resource department in order that a strong and excellent young and middle-aged teaching staff can be established in application-oriented universities.
