| 摘 要： | 学校文化就是学校群体成员以价值观念为核心所建立起来的各种观念、制度与行为方式的总称.要建设好学校文化,应从以下几个方面来进行:一是确立生命观念,这是学校文化建设的前提;二是解读本校文化,这是学校文化建设的基础;三是确立学校价值观,这是学校文化建设的核心;四是变革学校管理制度,这是学校文化建设的关键;五是学校的制度建设,这是学校文化建设的保障.

| Abstract: | School culture means the members on school share the same values and establish a variety of beliefs,institutions and behaviors.To construct better school culture,several points should be noted: 1) establishing life values,which is the presupposition of school culture construction;2) interpreting school culture,which is the basis of school culture construction;3) identifying school values,which is the core of school culture construction;4) innovating school administration,which is the key to school culture construction;5) building school systems,which is the guarantee of school culture construction. |
