| 摘 要： | 促进社会公平是构建社会主义和谐社会的主要环节。当前我国实现社会公平所面临的主要问题涉及到社会的各个层面,产生不公平现象的原因是多方面的,实现社会公平应采取的措施也涉及到社会的各个层面。
