试谈高校图书馆学科馆员制度

学科馆员制度作为一种新兴的工作模式和服务制度,是为了适应现阶段高校教学和科研工作的现实需要以及图书馆自身发展两方面的需求而设立的,是近年来国内高校图书馆服务创新,深化文献信息服务的新举措。笔者首先介绍了学科馆员制度的发展历程,然后就实施学科馆员制度的必要性以及学科馆员的工作职责和素质要求等问题进行了探讨。

Disscussion on Subject Librarian System in University Library

As one kind of emerging working pattern and service system, subject librarian system is set up in order to adapt the need of teaching and scientific research work in university at present stage as well as library itself develops. It is a new action of innovating service and deepening document information service in domestic university library in recent years. In this article, development process of subject librarian system is first introduced, then the necessity of its implementation as well as librarian＇ s work responsibility and quality need has been discussed.
