| Abstract: | By analyzing the original text of the Problem of Making Calendar by Tracing its Beginning in the Shushu Jiuzhang The Mathematicial Treatises in Nine Chapters](1247 A.D.) by Qin Jiushao, this paper confirms that Qin Jiushao improved the Dayan Method by imperial calendarians to the perfect standardizing algorithm and named it the Dayan Seeking-unity Method. |
