有界DEA模型及其应用研究

该文在探讨ＤＥＡ基本原理的基础上，提出了一种具有控制因子的有界ＤＥＡ模型。应用这一模型可以对决策单元进行有效性排序和分析，确定其功能产出的强项和弱项及投入指标的必要性，评价其规模及规模收益，并将功能指标调整到有效生产前沿面，以寻求使决策单元功能效率最大化的投入产出指标，或在原投入指标下的最大产出指标。最后进行了应用结果分析．

Bounded DEA Model and its Applicatios

Based on the exploration of DEA s fundamental principle,a bounded DEA model with controlling weight factors is proposed,the unified evaluation model for relative function efficiency of enterpriser,s input and output is developed by means of which,relative efficiency ordering and analysis can be made,the strong items and weak items for enterpriser,s function output and the necessary for input index can be determined ,the evaluations for enterpriser,s scale and scale benefits can be conducted,the function index can be adjusted onto the efficient product forward face to find the input and output index maxmizing enterpriser,s function and efficiency,or maximal output index for primal input index; Finally,the application results for DEA model or bounded DEA model are analvsed.
