| Abstract: | It is proposed in this paper that the operation units are the principal part and the general and legal of safety culture in nuclear power operation.Characters of the safety culture are demonstrated.Finally,this paper presents the assessment of nuclear operation safety culture,in whichh the assessment for synthetic indices based on WANO is emphasized. |
