| 摘 要： | 对中频感应电炉炉衬工况条件分析，经实验研究，采用近扣性Ⅰ级高铝质耐火材料作为炉衬材料。其合理的颗粒级配比例为粗、中、细、粉的25∶35∶10∶30。工业试验结果表明，这种炉衬材料能熔炼酸性和碱性两种合金。

| Abstract: | Through analying the working conditions of lining used in the intermediate frequency induction electric furnace and taking the close nertral grade I high-alumina refractory aslining materials, the research and experiment show that rational grain match is determined ascoarse grain: medium grain:fine grain:powder as 25:35:10:30. The results of industrialexperiment indicate that the lining materials can melt acid-alloy and alkali-alloy. |
